Many years ago I created some post cards, post-it notes & mugs via VistaPrint w/ the saying: "Kindness...hear the echoes; feel the ripples; create more."
I like doing things anonymously. I'll send a compliment, etc, for a worker somewhere, or drop something off in a 'suggestion box' mentioning something someone did...what I like about the anonymous part of it is when random people enter the store, for example, the worker can always wonder if that person is who wrote the note of gratitude or compliment...
