Thanks, Mardy! Great topic and a needed “kick in the butt” for something I’ve been wanting to write, but have been wasting time searching in vain for a good example to follow. Now I’m ready to go after it, however it turns out.
I have to confess that I often "borrow" ideas (giving credit to the source) rather than "copy" them. It allows me to expand on them or delve into them which brings out my "original" take and encourages the listener to do likewise.
Lots to ponder in this one! I've always liked "The Road Not Taken." Thinking that we studied it in elementary school or maybe Jr. High. Can't help but wonder if that helped me to take a lot of less traveled roads!!! Thanks for the reminder!!!
Thanks for weighing in on the theme, dj. It's always nice to hear from you.

Go for it, and let me know the results!
Great article.

Ahem ... just like you do.
Thoroughly enjoy your work.
I had a wonderful time.
Thanks for your kind words, Larry. You are right in saying that "borrowing" often leads to something original. It's happened to me countless times!

Thanks, Barbara. That poem has inspired so many of us over the years, hasn't it?
